Do you handle rentals as well as sales?+
Yes — both, and they are equally part of what we do. If you own a property you want to let, or you are looking for a rental, tell us on the form and we will put you with the agent who handles rentals.
What does it cost to list my property with you?+
Commission is agreed with you in writing before anything is marketed — you will know the number before you commit to anything. We do not publish one flat rate, because what is fair depends on the property and the work involved.
Which areas do you cover?+
Port Elizabeth and the wider Algoa Bay metro — from Walmer, Walmer Heights, Summerstrand and Humewood through to Newton Park, Lorraine, Sunridge, Lovemore Heights and the surrounding suburbs. If your area is not on our list, ask us anyway.
