Will I only see properties that are advertised?+
No — that is the point of registering. When you tell us what you are looking for, you hear about properties that match before or as they come to market, not weeks after they appear on the portals.
I am not sure which area I want. Is that a problem?+
Not at all. Give us your budget, roughly what you need in a property and how far you are willing to be from work or schools, and we will tell you which areas those parameters actually put you in.
Do you handle rentals as well as sales?+
Yes, both. Whether you want to rent or buy, the form is the same — tell us which one you are after and we will put you with the agent who handles it.
Does it cost me anything to register?+
No. Registering what you are looking for is free and there is no obligation — you are telling us what would work for you, so that we only send you things that might.
What should I put in the message?+
Budget, how many bedrooms you need, the areas you are considering, and your timing. The more specific you are, the more useful the first reply will be.
